General sales conditions

The buyer is a natural or legal person, taking into account the information provided during registration and placing the order.

A natural person is a registered user who acquires or uses goods and services for purposes outside his professional or gainful activity. Consumers who are natural persons under this paragraph shall be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
In cases where the order is performed by a legal or natural person undertaking a gainful activity, regardless of its legal organizational form or ownership, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act apply only in cases where this is specifically stated in the Act.

PRICES AND VAT:

All prices are in euros and do not include VAT, as we are not subject to deduct VAT.
Prices are guaranteed on the day of the order and are subject to change daily.
The published prices and the prices in the issued offers are irrevocable and are valid only for purchases through the “JH_boards” store.
Discounts in the online store are not taken into account.

Information on pages:
We reserve the right to make substantive and other changes to the “JH_boards” store.
Text errors are possible and we do not take responsibility for them.

MEANS OF PAYMENT:

You can choose from the following payment methods:

Credit card payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard)
Payment via PayPal account (When completing a purchase via PayPal, a transaction cost-plus of 1% of the purchase value is incurred).
Payment on the basis of a pro forma invoice (An invoice is sent to the customer via e-mail, on the basis of which the customer settles his purchase. As soon as we receive the transfer to our transaction account, we will deliver the ordered goods to you.)

ISSUING AN INVOICE:

Upon delivery and payment of the ordered items, JH_boards also sends the buyer a paper invoice in the package, which is officially issued by the company Jakob Hočevar s.p. The invoice lists the price and all costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.

POSTAGE:

Postage is calculated according to the weight of the product according to the regulations of Pošta Slovenije.

DELIVERY PERIOD FOR ORDERED GOODS:

Delivery period for Slovenia is about 7 working days and for other countries about 30 working days. This does not apply to Custom orders, as production takes up to 7 weeks.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY OF GOODS:

We recommend that you check the quantity and quality upon receipt. The Buyer expressly undertakes to waive the reimbursement of costs incurred, purchase price and paid delivery costs, such as claims for damages in the form of civil lawsuits, etc., due to subsequent delivery of goods or other method of delivery of goods, while retaining all other minimum rights in accordance with the provisions of Articles 23 and 24 of the Consumer Protection Act. All products in stock are delivered within 1-7 working days after receiving your order!

In the event that it will not be possible to deliver the goods to the buyer at all (due to the cancellation of the program, sold out stock, etc.), the buyer has the right to demand a refund of the already paid purchase price.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the event that the package is physically damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the customer must immediately initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenija. You do this in the presence of the courier of Pošta Slovenije. With Pošta Slovenije, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.
